About the Role:

(Semi-Qualified CA)

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large sets of
client and business data
to generate insights, identify patterns, and support business strategy.
Build dashboards, reports, and models to track client behavior, revenue trends, and operational efficiency.
Provide analytics-based inputs to management for client servicing, pricing, and business growth.
Manage essential finance operations including MIS reporting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to translate data into actionable strategies.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring through analytics-driven approaches.

Qualifications & Skills:

Semi-qualified CA (Inter) with 3–6 years of experience in
finance and client data analytics
.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in
data analysis, reporting, and visualization
(Power BI, SQL, Python, or advanced Excel).
Good understanding of accounting and compliance.
Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to non-finance stakeholders.
Self-starter, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in cross-functional setups.
