Business Analyst who can also champion Quality Assurance and lead Scrum ceremonies

Discover & Define

• Engage external investors, distribution partners, and internal stakeholders to capture business needs.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria that maximise customer value.
• Produce functional specifications, data models, and collaborate with designers on UI/UX wireframes and reporting layouts.

Assure Quality

• Own the end‑to‑end QA process: test strategy, test plans, test cases, and traceability to requirements.
• Execute functional, regression, API, and UAT cycles; log and track defects to closure.
• Maintain auditable QA documentation that meets regulatory and security standards.

Lead Agile Delivery

• Serve as 

  Scrum Master

   for up to two squads, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Foster an MVP mindset, remove impediments, and coach the team to higher agile maturity with support from our CTO.
• Track delivery metrics (velocity, burndown) and continuously improve processes in a fast‑paced scale‑up environment.

• 8+ years in Business Analysis and/or Quality Assurance within an Agile/Scrum setting; fintech or wealth‑tech a plus.
• Hands‑on experience eliciting requirements, documenting processes, and writing test cases.
• Proven Scrum Mastery (CSM/PSM) 

  or

   a strong desire to enter the role with mentorship.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures.
• Comfortable with SQL and RESTful API testing; familiarity with test‑management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
