Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with Tech Leads and stakeholders to create and refine backlog items.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions with the development team.
• Ensure timely delivery of features by supporting sprint planning and execution.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Facilitate and participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with develop team in backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Analyze data flows and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solution design.
• Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to stakeholders using Snowflake and other BI tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience managing product backlogs and working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or strong understanding of Scrum practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in the Automotive domain or Dealer Business is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA).
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI.
• Understanding of data governance and compliance in automotive or retail sectors.
• Experience in the Automotive domain or Dealer Business operations.
