Key Responsibilities:

✅ Stakeholder Coordination & Request Management

• Regular follow-up with internal and external stakeholders for approvals related to request submissions.
• Review and verify details of incoming requests (e.g., PO, payment, onboarding, agreement).
• Ensure requests are routed correctly for timely processing and approval.

✅ Payment Review & Coordination

• Check, track, and verify payment requests against cost centers and supporting documents.
• Follow up with internal teams and vendors regarding pending or rejected payments.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely processing of payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Share updated payment status and required actions with stakeholders.

✅ Data Management

• Maintain and update multiple Google Sheets/Excel trackers for Payments, POs, , and JotForm requests.
• Ensure all records are accurate, complete, and audit ready.

✅ Email Communication & Documentation

• Handle daily email communication related to payments, purchase orders, onboarding documents, and vendor coordination.
• Organize and archive vendor documents and internal approvals in a structured, retrievable format.
