SUMMARY

Role Overview:

 

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst cum Project Manager (BA/PM) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have a blend of analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on project delivery experience. You will be responsible for understanding business objectives, defining requirements, and ensuring successful end-to-end project execution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Business Analysis

 

       Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements.

 

       Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

 

       Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions.

 

       Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented effectively.

 

       Have a clear understanding of the business and it’s flow.

 

Project Management

 

       Plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.

 

       Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

 

       Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes.

 

       Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.

 

Stakeholder & Team Management

 

  • Serve as a single point of contact between business users, development teams, and vendors.

 

  • Drive alignment between cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

 

  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and requirement review sessions.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

 

  • 5+ years of combined experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager (or similar hybrid role).

 

  • High proficiency in Excel, SQL, data analytics and database management.

 

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

 

  • Excellent documentation, presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools project management tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, Asana).

 

  • Certification such as PMP, CAPM, CBAP, CSM, or PRINCE2 is a plus.
