Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Pre-Sales Business Analyst to support our sales cycle and solution design process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, proposal preparation, and coordination between clients and technical teams to deliver accurate and competitive solutions.

This role is perfect for someone who can understand client needs, document them clearly, and assist in preparing winning proposals and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Participate in RFP/RFQ analysis, proposal writing, solution documentation, and effort estimation.
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from international clients.
  • Prepare BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), SRS (Software Requirement Specifications), and workflow diagrams.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and other pre-sales collaterals.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and technical teams during the pre-sales cycle.
  • Ensure scope clarity, accurate project estimation, and risk identification before handover to the delivery team.
  • Support the sales team with competitive analysis, solution positioning, and value proposition creation.
  • Coordinate with development, design, and project management teams to prepare tailored proposals.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, web & mobile technologies, and software development processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Visio).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of global IT market trends and experience working with international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE).

Educational Qualifications

  • B.C.A / B.Tech / B.E / M.B.A / M.C.A / M.Tech / M.Sc.

(Preferred specialization in IT, Computer Science, or Management.)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
