The role focuses on handling inbound and outbound opportunities across platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr . Key Responsibilities: Lead generation and qualification across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc. Lead conversion through effective client communication and value presentation. Bidding and proposal preparation tailored to client needs. Creating detailed documentation – scope, SOWs, timelines, etc. Collaborating with delivery teams for accurate estimations. CRM maintenance and reporting on sales pipeline. Requirements: 2–5 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, business analysis, in IT. Proven success with online bidding platforms. Strong communication, proposal writing, and documentation skills. Basic understanding of SDLC and software project workflows.
