Job Summary:

Business Analyst


Key Responsibilities:

1) Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to

    understand business objectives and requirements.

  • Prepare detailed

    Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)

    and

    Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)

    .
  • Translate business requirements into

    functional and technical specifications

    for the development team.

2) Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary

    liaison between clients, business teams, and technical teams.

  • Manage stakeholder

    expectations, ensuring alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct

    regular client meetings

    , presentations, and workshops to validate requirements and demonstrate progress.

3) Product & Technical Analysis

  • Analyze business processes

    , workflows, and data flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product managers

    and engineers to define features and enhancements.
  • Assist in

    solution design

    discussions and ensure feasibility from a technical standpoint.

4) Project Support & Delivery

  • Support the development team

    during design, build, and testing phases by clarifying requirements.
  • Contribute to

    UAT planning

    , test case reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed requirements and

    quality standards.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a

    Business Analyst / Product Analyst

    in IT, software, or product-driven environments.
  • Strong experience in preparing

    BRDs

    and

    PRDs

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    stakeholder management

    and

    client-facing communication

    .
  • Solid technical understanding

    of software development processes, APIs, databases, and system architectures.
  • Experience working in

    Agile / Scrum

    environments.
  • Excellent

    problem-solving

    and

    analytical thinking skills

    .
  • Proficiency in tools like

    Jira, Confluence, MS Office / Google Workspace

    .


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical degree

    (Computer Science / IT / Engineering) or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with

    wireframing/prototyping

    tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
  • Experience in domains such as

    FinTech, SaaS, or IT services

    .
  • Knowledge of

    SQL or data analysis

    tools for basic validation and reporting.
