Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong focus on evaluating ROI in marketing and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data across sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Evaluate the ROI of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and promotional activities to optimize investments.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data modeling, forecasting, and predictive analytics.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align strategies with business goals.
• Provide actionable recommendations to management for business growth and cost optimization.
• Lead business case preparation and support management in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and reports.
• Continuously improve reporting tools, methodologies, and automation for efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing performance metrics (CAC, CLV, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R preferred).
• Experience in business case evaluation and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
