• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Leadership to identify initiatives; document charters, scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand challenges; conduct design-thinking workshops; create user journeys and as-is workflows.
• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; recommend process improvements and solution approaches.
• Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions.
• Conduct market research to analyze technology trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes; prepare executive-level research summaries.
• Analyze data from internal and external sources to generate meaningful, actionable insights.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
