Job Title: Senior Backend Developer Node.js (Chennai Only | 5+ Years Exp.) Location: Chennai (Onsite No Relocation Considered) Experience: 5+ Years Immediate joiner only.(Join within 2 Days) Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (Day Shift) Interview Mode: Face-to-Face in Chennai (Available on 30th May Only) Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and a solid foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Unit Testing . This is a Chennai-based onsite role , and we are only considering candidates who are currently residing in Chennai . No relocation will be supported. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js. Write clean, efficient, and testable code. Apply best practices in data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems. Develop and maintain unit tests for new and existing functionalities. Collaborate closely with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed. Key Requirements Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in backend development . Expertise in Node.js is a must. Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms . Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, or similar. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend architecture. Must be available for face-to-face interview in Chennai on 30th May . Chennai-based candidates only we are not considering candidates who require relocation. Preferred Skills Experience working in Agile teams. Familiarity with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices. Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/GCP is a plus.
