This role involves working in a dynamic environment, ensuring database performance, optimization, and reliability during night shift operations. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain PostgreSQL databases to support application requirements. Optimize and troubleshoot database performance, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Work with AuroraDB to implement and manage cloud-based database solutions. Collaborate with development teams to integrate databases seamlessly with applications. Monitor database systems during night shifts, addressing any operational issues promptly. Develop and maintain database schemas, tables, and stored procedures. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Perform regular database backups, restores, and recovery as required. Required Skills and Competencies: Strong experience with PostgreSQL database development and management. Proficiency in database optimization and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with AuroraDB. Knowledge of database security and data integrity best practices. Ability to work independently during night shifts and manage priorities effectively.
