Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Hyderabad, India Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 2–4 years Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be responsible for leveraging tools like Power BI, SQL, and Power Apps to drive insights, automate workflows, and support strategic business decisions. Responsibilities Analyze large datasets and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Python . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate internal workflows using Power Apps . Conduct stakeholder meetings to gather business requirements and ensure project alignment. Create business documentation, system requirements, and process flow diagrams. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews. Monitor project schedules, KPIs, and implement process improvements.
