Key Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and Analysing Requirements

    : BAs work with stakeholders to understand their needs and document those requirements (ISD, FSD & BRD) for projects. 
  • Process Analysis

    : They analyse existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for improvement. 
  • Data Analysis

    : BAs utilize data analysis techniques to understand business performance, identify trends, and support decision-making. 
  • Strategic Thinker

     with an ability to understand the organisation’s vision, objective, and transformation agenda.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    : They facilitate communication between business teams and technical teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on project goals and requirements. 
  • Documentation

    : BAs create and maintain documentation related to business requirements, processes, and project plans. 
  • Solution Implementation Support

    : They may assist with testing, training, and the overall implementation of proposed solutions. 
  • Project Management Support

    : BAs often contribute to project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. 


Essential Skills:

  • Analytical Skills

    : The ability to analyse complex information, identify patterns, and draw conclusions. 
  • Communication Skills

    : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and documenting requirements. 
  • Problem-Solving Skills

    : BAs must be able to identify problems, analyse their root causes, and develop effective solutions. 
  • Technical Skills

    : Familiarity with SQL query writing, Azure DevOps, data analysis tools, business intelligence software, and SAP Datasphere and SAC can be beneficial. 
  • Interpersonal Skills

    : BAs need strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. 
  • Business Acumen

    : A solid understanding of business principles and practices is essential for effective analysis and solution development. 
  • Banking Products:

    Excellent understanding of banking products.
  • Experience

    : 5-9 Years experience with hands on Banking or Financial Services Domain.
  • Preferred: Immediate Joiner
