Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT Services and Product Development. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business objectives and delivered solutions. The role also requires hands-on experience in project management, client interfacing, and strategic solution design.

What you will needs to do?

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create detailed user stories, functional specifications, and wireframes.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify business opportunities, and propose innovative solutions.
• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Work closely with the QA, Development team to validate solutions against requirements.
• Facilitate client meetings, demos, and discussions to bridge the gap between technical teams and business needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• BE (computer science, Computer, IT), BCA, MCA, BSC, MSC (IT), or equivalent pass out can apply.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle direct client communication and manage relationships.
• Knowledge of AWS, cloud computing, and modern tech stacks is essential
• Proven experience in client-facing roles, requirement documentation, user story writing, and UAT support.
• Experience conducting client onboarding, training, UAT management, and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Ability to mentor junior analysts or serve as a BA Lead in multi-project environments..
• Ability to create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documents.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, UX principles, and business process model.

Nice to Have:

• Hands on experience with UAT( User Acceptance Testing), FRD, BRD, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Asana, Wireframe.
• Required previous experience with business analyst with It service industry with international domain. (minimum 3 years)
• Certification in Business Analysis or equivalent is a plus point.
