Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business needs and technology solutions, gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing data, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify, gather, and document functional and non-functional requirements

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement

• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions that align with business goals

• Work closely with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements

• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and help create test plans and test cases

• Support change management and help implement new systems, tools, or processes

• Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders

• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to convey ideas and updates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools

• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [insert industry, e.g., fintech, e-commerce, healthcare]

• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello

• Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar is a plus
