Job Overview
We are looking for an Entry-Level Business Analyst who has a basic understanding of Java and Python and a keen interest in bridging business requirements with technical solutions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to grow in the field of Business Analysis while leveraging their technical background.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from clients and vendor
Support in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and User Stories under senior guidance.
Coordinate with development teams to ensure requirements are well understoodUse basic Java/Python knowledge to understand system workflows, perform small validations, and support requirement analysis
Participate in client/vendor meetings (including occasional client visits) for requirement discussions and presentations
Support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure feedback is properly documented.
Prepare reports, process flows, and documentation for knowledge sharingLearn and apply Agile/Scrum practices in day-to-day project activities.

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in Business Analysis with basic knowledge of Java and Python
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) concept
Good communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skillAbility to work collaboratively in a team and interact confidently with clients/vendorsWillingness to travel for client visits when required.

• Smart Fresher, with excellent communication skills
• Quick Learner

Good to Have
Exposure to SQL, APIs, or ERP systems (academic/project level is fine).
Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, or UML diagram
Internship/project experience in business analysis, software development, or client interaction.

Personal laptop is Mandatory, should used it for official work

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
