Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development environments.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Hands-on experience with software implementation or installation projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and process modeling tools.Experience in preparing detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user guides.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
