Job Overview: Hexaarch is seeking a results-oriented Business Analyst with experience in the education sector. The ideal candidate will analyze institutional needs, translate them into actionable insights, and support the development of innovative solutions that enhance educational operations and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to educational operations, academic processes, and stakeholder needs. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing) to design and improve education-centric systems and workflows. Conduct market and competitor analysis within the EdTech or academic ecosystem. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories. Perform gap analysis, SWOT assessments, and root cause analysis for academic or administrative pain points. Work closely with stakeholders, including school/college administrators, faculty, and students, to capture insights and improve service delivery. Prepare project reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and clients. Support testing, UAT, and implementation of new features or educational modules. Requirements: 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the education domain (EdTech, universities, training institutes, etc.). Strong understanding of education workflows (admissions, curriculum, assessments, student lifecycle, etc.). Experience working with tools like JIRA, Trello, MS Excel, Power BI, or similar. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to translate educational needs into technical solutions. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Education Management, or a related field.
