Required Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development environments.Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Hands-on experience with software implementation or installation projects.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and process modeling tools.Experience in preparing detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and user guides.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant, (Student counselling role) located in Kochi. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with potential students, providing information about courses, and assisting with the enrollment process. The role involves daily tasks such as following up on leads, consulting with prospective students to understand their needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Sales Consultant will work closely with the marketing and administrative teams to achieve enrollment targets.
