Business Analyst

We’re Hiring – Business Analyst | Aviation Domain | API & NDC Integrations ✈️

📍 Location: Remote

🕑 Experience: 5–8 years

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Aviation systems, API integrations (Reservations, Ancillaries), Direct Connect carrier integrations, and NDC. The ideal candidate will also bring a good understanding of UI/UX to translate business needs into intuitive digital solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Work with airline partners and internal teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for:

API integrations (Reservations, Ancillaries, Payments).

Direct Connect carrier integrations.

NDC concept & integrations with GDS/aggregators.

Translate business needs into BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.

Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure seamless customer journeys.

Support UAT, validate integration workflows, and ensure compliance with industry standards (IATA/NDC).

Act as SME during client discussions, solution design, and delivery.

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

6–12 years of Business Analyst experience in Aviation/Travel Tech.

Strong knowledge of API integrations, NDC, and Direct Connect.

Understanding of airline distribution, reservations, and ancillary services.

Hands-on experience with GDS (Amadeus/Sabre) is a plus.

Strong documentation, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to UI/UX collaboration preferred.
