Description
As an experienced Business Analyst, your role will be to strengthen the Implementation Team for the Travel & Hospitality line of business. You will have the opportunity to work with global travel companies and a variety of systems in a learning culture that values teamwork, collaboration, excellence, and diversity. Key Responsibilities: - Work in the EST time zone with customers from the Americas - Ensure consistency in approach, documentation, and management of requirements from inception to delivery - Conduct functional system analysis to map business requirements to systems - Perform configuration and unit testing of configured functionalities - Collaborate with different business units to identify enhancements, assist in system reviews, analyze data, design solutions, and provide support through implementation - Work with Product R&D teams on designing solutions and implementing deliverables - Have a good understanding of Agile methods, including SAFe and SCRUM, and apply agile ceremonies - Stay aware of relevant regulatory requirements that impact solution development - Identify, own, and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, including mitigation and remediation - Prepare, coordinate, and conduct various testing phases like SIT, UAT, and ensure post-implementation support and handover - Develop strong working relationships and communication with all business teams - Respond promptly to internal and external team needs and requests - Review and update team training and process documents Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years' experience as an IT Functional Business Analyst - Proven testing and UAT experience - Understanding of SDLC, both traditional Waterfall and Agile - Demonstrated specification and business writing skills - Excellent communication in English and effective negotiation skills at all organizational levels - Knowledge and experience in the travel domain, loyalty, and CRM are preferred Experience: 3-6 Years Location: Trivandrum As an experienced Business Analyst, your role will be to strengthen the Implementation Team for the Travel & Hospitality line of business.
