Position: - Business Analyst
Job Location: - Ghansoli
Shifts: - Early morning shifts at 6am
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. To support and response to Singapore user inquiry about below operation considering the banking business background.
2. Trade operation following the standard work flows and Exim bills.
3. Create or enhance user operation guide, FAQ for common inquiries from the users.
4. Communicate with related Head Office business analysts about necessary inquires for enhancing standard workflows and operations.
5. Communicate with related Head Office & Singapore IT developers about necessary inquires especially relating to system incidents.
6. Maintain standard workflow document of GCBS systems
7. Study backlog items and plan for necessary enhancements considering priority of the business.
8. Willing to travel for short business trips to Asia-Pacific offices (especially Singapore) when required
Skill Sets Required:
Expertise in loan, guarantee, credit limit, and trade finance operation.
Business-level proficiency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory as the staff is expected to read & understand documents as well as respond and communicate with all levels within the organization (project members, Head Office teams including management in Tokyo.
Knowledge of Exim bills system is preferred.
Understanding of Banking product life cycles and the downstream requirements of transaction and financial data
User Training, UAT and Quality Assurance Support Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of tools
Good Experience of Business Process Management
Qualification: Graduate preferably Engineering and / or technical background.
Experience: At least 3 + years of experience as Business Analyst & Banking operations helpdesk support and intimate knowledge of banking systems infrastructure. 3+ yrs exp Trade operation following the standard work flows and Exim bills system application
