Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing and agile professional to join our Investments Product Team. The role involves deep research across Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs, macroeconomic analysis, product development, client communication, and portfolio monitoring. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator with an analytical mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct due diligence on Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs.
  
• Assess fund strategies, performance, and suitability.
  
• Track macroeconomic indicators and market trends.
  

Product Strategy & Development

• Build product decks, model portfolios, and investment proposals.
  
• Collaborate with fund houses for product insights.
  
• Identify product gaps and support development of new solutions.
  

Client Communication

• Deliver market outlook presentations and investment briefings.
  
• Prepare newsletters and performance updates.
  
• Support RMs with portfolio reviews and rebalancing.
  

Portfolio Monitoring

• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews.
  
• Track asset allocation, performance, and risk metrics.
  
• Recommend portfolio changes based on market conditions.
  

Additional Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI/APMI guidelines.
  
• Use digital tools for reporting automation.
  
• Conduct internal training sessions and prepare product notes.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Economics; CFA/CA/MBA preferred.
  
• 410 years in investment research, product strategy, or advisory.
  
• Strong knowledge of MF, PMS, AIF, and macroeconomics.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Self-driven, agile, and project-oriented.
  
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, Morningstar, etc.
