Strong understanding of wealth management processes, products, and services. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, requirements elicitation, and data analysis. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with wealth management software and systems (e.g., portfolio management systems, CRM systems). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or related change management certifications are a plus.
