Role Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decisions.You will work closely with internal stakeholders, product, operations, and technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into effective solutions.Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze business needs, workflows, and operational processes
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis
• Support decision-making with actionable insights and reports
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementations
• Assist in process optimization and performance improvement initiatives
