Business Analyst (Fresher)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst – Fresher to join our team. The role involves understanding business needs, documenting requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting project teams in delivering effective business solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to build a career in Business Analysis, IT Consulting, or Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support in creating BRDs, FRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and process documents.
• Analyze business processes and help define AS-IS and TO-BE workflows.
• Participate in requirement workshops, client discussions, and internal meetings.
• Assist in preparing process maps, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
• Support project teams during development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Help in creating UAT test cases, tracking defects, and validating requirements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, PMO) to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Top Skills Required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Ability to create workflow diagrams (Visio / Lucidchart).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
• MBA (IT/Systems) is a plus but not mandatory.
