Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst (Fresher). The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements and processes. On a daily basis, the role also involves supporting stakeholders by facilitating effective communication, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving organizational efficiency and decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis to interpret data and develop solutions
• Understanding of Business Processes and Business Requirements to support organizational objectives
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with business tools and software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or data analysis tools, is advantageous
