We are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our IT Services & Consulting team. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior Business Analysts to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. This role involves preparing key documents (PRD, BRD, FRS, SRS), conducting impact analysis, assisting development teams in clarifying requirements, and performing functional testing to ensure successful implementation of business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Business Analysts in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as:
• PRD – Product Requirements Document
• BRD – Business Requirements Document
• FRS – Functional Requirement Specification
• SRS – Software Requirement Specification
• Conduct Impact Analysis
• Collaborate with development teams to clarify functional requirements and ensure accurate implementation.
• Conduct functional testing to validate that business requirements are met.
• Provide regular updates, reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, planning, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Self-motivated with good time and workload management.
