Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Instructional Designer located in Pune, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for conducting needs analysis, designing instructional materials, managing learning programs, and developing curricula. Key responsibilities include creating training content, utilizing learning management systems, and collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure effective learning outcomes.
