Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business users and technical teams. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, preparing functional specs, and ensuring deliverables meet project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business needs through meetings and stakeholder discussions.
Document requirements (BRD, SRS, use cases) and create process flows, wireframes, or mockups.
Coordinate between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Support testing phases, including UAT, and validate solutions against requirements.
Assist in reporting, post-implementation support, and change requests.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP, e-Governance, or enterprise systems.
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Power BI, etc.
