Job Summary

The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating current business operations, forecasting business needs, and developing strategies to achieve organizational goals. The role involves close collaboration with management teams, preparing detailed reports, and presenting actionable insights to drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business operations, workflows, and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Support in target planning and achievement tracking.
• Conduct business forecasting to anticipate market trends, customer needs, and operational requirements.
• Develop and recommend business strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Prepare business reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management review.
• Participate in and facilitate meetings, presentations, and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
• Provide insights for decision-making, resource allocation, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of business strategies.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and business analysis tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong business acumen with knowledge of international business operations and markets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• MBA in International Business or related fields (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a business analysis, strategy, or operations role.
• Experience in preparing reports, business forecasting, and handling presentations.
• Exposure to international markets will be an added advantage.
