About the Role

Senior Systems Analyst

lead-level role

Key Responsibilities

Lead feature analysis and solution design for high-impact initiatives requiring strategic change.
Translate business requirements into detailed
epics and features
, aligned with existing architecture and constraints.
Collaborate with
Technology Portfolio Analysts
to create epics from new business demand.
Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and deliver features aligned to business value streams.
Assign and manage feature delivery across Systems Analysts and Squads.
Oversee lifecycle tracking, reporting, and cross-squad dependency management.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to Systems Analysts.
Promote a
“shift-left” approach
— emphasizing automation, early validation, and efficient delivery.
Support BPM initiatives (Camunda or similar tools) to visualize and automate business processes.
Continuously improve solution analysis standards, ensuring compliance with
MMC and Mercer
technical and security guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–7 years of experience in
Systems or Business Analysis
within enterprise software projects.
Strong understanding of
SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
.
Proven experience translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Experience creating
epics, features, and user stories
.
Exposure to
Camunda or BPM tools
(ability to design BPMN workflows is a plus).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Familiarity with
automation, APIs, and solution design principles
.
Experience working with
cross-functional teams
in a distributed (remote) environment.
