Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, development, and operations to deliver effective solutions.
Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Create process maps, data flow diagrams, and business requirement documents (BRDs).
Support testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.
Generate reports and dashboards for performance monitoring and insights.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Provide post-implementation support and assist in change management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Office, Confluence, JIRA).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA).
Experience working in [insert specific domain, e.g., Banking, Healthcare, IT Services].
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, or data analysis tools.
