Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for various banking and finance processes.
Analyze data to identify insights, and areas for improvement.
Suggest process improvements and explore automation opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business and technical goals align.
Understand technology and software applications and ideate new processes with objective of process efficiencies.
Develop clear and practical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists and preparing policies.
Lead meetings to discuss and review new suggested process improvement.
Prepare process, workflows, SOPs and Checklists.
Give presentations, and training sessions with clients user groups.
Keep up with industry changes and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Preferred candidate profile

An MBA in Finance or Inter CA qualification.
2 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Audit Area in the banking or finance industry.
Good understanding of financial products, particularly banking sectors, loans.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Power BI will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
