Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller (Loan operations) Experience: 1-5 years Location: Mumbai Role and Responsibilities: Contact customers via telephone to gather required information for loan applications. Explain loan products, terms, and conditions to customers in a clear and professional manner. Assist customers in completing loan application forms and provide guidance on required documentation. Verify customer information and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements. Follow up with customers to collect any additional information or documents as needed. Coordinate with the loan processing team to expedite application processing and resolve any issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the loan tracking system accordingly. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
