Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Spring Boot Java JSON Rest API SOAP and Maven. This hybrid role requires the ability to work effectively both remotely and on-site during day shifts. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions ensuring that our projects align with company goals and deliver significant

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Translate business needs into technical specifications facilitating seamless communication between business and IT teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all business processes and technical requirements.
Utilize Spring Boot and Java to design and implement robust scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Leverage JSON Rest API and SOAP to integrate systems and enhance data exchange capabilities.
Employ Maven for efficient project management and build automation ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for implemented solutions addressing any issues that arise.
Analyze data and generate insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Work collaboratively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities effectively.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Qualifications

Possess a strong background in Spring Boot and Java with proven experience in developing scalable applications.
Demonstrate expertise in JSON Rest API and SOAP for seamless system integration.
Have experience with Maven for project management and build automation.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Show proficiency in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for business processes and technical requirements.
