Job Description
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in understanding business requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Create BRDs, SRS, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure alignment of requirements.
• Support Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and manage requirements in JIRA/Confluence.
• Facilitate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.
• Assist in project planning, risk identification, and solution validation.

Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process modeling, and documentation.
• Proficiency in BRD, SRS, user stories, SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), JIRA, Confluence.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, UAT, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,552.68 - ₹40,593.88 per month
