Business Analyst

The Business Analyst position based in Kota, Rajasthan, INDIA requires individuals with expertise in Business Growth. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting market analyses, tracking and reporting data, managing budgets, and maintaining competitive market knowledge. You will analyze product lines and overall business profitability, identify problems and opportunities, and propose effective solutions. Your key responsibilities will include creating detailed business analyses, defining business requirements, budgeting, and forecasting. You will be expected to prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use various business analysis techniques, evaluate profitability and risks, and coordinate across different domains and functions. Additionally, troubleshooting deployments and conducting root cause analysis will be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a relevant discipline and have experience in data analysis, visualization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. You should also be skilled in database software, writing SQL queries, and generating process documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing, are essential along with the ability to create dashboards and effectively communicate business intelligence insights. The ideal candidate should possess the ability to strategize, plan, and implement changes to drive value and ROI. Knowledge and experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Visio, and Balsamiq will be considered advantageous for this role.,
