We’re looking for a Business Analyst (2–5 years) with strong experience in analytics within affiliate marketing, adtech, e-commerce, or mobile UA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain growth dashboards (revenue, margin, RPC/EPC, ROAS, CAC/LTV, cohorts, SERP traffic, payout reconciliation).
• Reconcile data across platforms vs. MMP/analytics, analyze funnels and click paths, and flag anomalies/fraud.
• Track affiliate economics (EPC, CR, approval rate, reversal rate), validate payouts, and recommend publisher/channel allocation.
• Support paid media analytics (bids, pacing, win-rate, supply quality, creative & audience tests with lift calculations).
• Develop forecasts and scenario models for revenue, margin, CPC/CPI shifts, and seasonality.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–5 years in analytics (affiliate marketing, adtech, e-commerce, or mobile UA).
• Proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs), Excel/Sheets (advanced), and BI tools (Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau).
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CVR, RPC/EPC, ROAS, CAC, LTV, cohorts, funnel math).
• Experience reconciling data across GA4/GSC, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Adjust/Kochava), ad platforms (Google Ads/Meta/TikTok), and affiliate networks (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Awin, etc.).
