About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Jaipur. As a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering, ensuring alignment, clarity, and shared understanding across all functions.

This role goes beyond gathering requirements — you will shape them, uncover customer needs, map business processes, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable outcomes. By combining analysis with collaboration, you will help teams move faster, reduce costs, and deliver true value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and communicate business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/iterative delivery environments.
• Facilitate workshops such as discovery, requirements gathering, and prioritisation sessions.
• Model business processes and map them effectively to technical solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital product, software, or technology delivery contexts.
• Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and communication.
• Experience working with Agile delivery models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both business and technical teams.
• Commitment to delivering customer and business value, not just requirements.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale programmes (headless, composable, or cloud-native projects).
• Familiarity with backlog management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Understanding of design systems and front-end workflows to collaborate closely with UX/UI teams.
• Strong workshop facilitation skills.
