Deliver Packages : Transport various items to specified locations within a given timeframe. Verify Recipients : Confirm the identity of recipients before handing over packages. Update Delivery Status : Use the company’s app or website to update the status of deliveries upon completion. Handle Payments : Accept and record payments for delivered packages when required. Maintain Vehicle : Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and regularly refueled. Customer Interaction : Answer customer questions and address complaints professionally.
