Job Role:- Business Analysis

Exp Range:- 10yr+

Job Purpose/Summary:-

Business Analysis (Senior Manager, Digital Initiatives):

Key Responsibilities

1. Citizen Developer Leadership

• Independently design and implement scalable business solutions using low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate).
  
• Enable self-service application development within corporate teams.
  
• Promote adoption of modern digital tools and drive cultural change across business units.
  

2. Generative AI (GenAI) Implementation

• Identify and implement impactful GenAI use cases for intelligent document automation, predictive analytics, and chatbots.
  
• Integrate AI models into corporate workflows using platforms like

  OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI

  .
• Lead continuous refinement and scaling of AI solutions based on user feedback.
  

3. Business Process Reengineering

• Analyze, optimize, and document workflows using

  Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart

  or equivalent tools.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  

4. Workflow Automation

• Lead automation initiatives using

  Power Automate, UiPath, or similar RPA platforms

  .
• Design modular, scalable automation solutions for corporate functions.
  

5. Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Create advanced dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  , including DAX formulas and SQL queries.
• Leverage cloud-based data solutions and data lakes for actionable insights.
  
• Enable self-service BI for corporate teams.
  

6. Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership

• Build strong relationships with corporate leaders, acting as a strategic advisor.
  
• Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Digital Specialists.
  
• Drive digital adoption and innovation within corporate functions.
  

7. Digital Transformation

• Implement solutions leveraging

  cloud platforms

  (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies in AI/ML, automation, and low-code platforms.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a

  Citizen Developer

  using

  Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate), Appian, OutSystems, or Mendix

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Generative AI frameworks

  (OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI).
• Strong expertise in

  process reengineering, workflow automation, and low-code/no-code solution design

  .
• Proficiency in

  Power BI, DAX, SQL

  , and working with

  data lakes/ETL pipelines

  .
• Experience applying

  Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN

  methodologies in corporate environments.
• Strong

  leadership, stakeholder management, and team mentoring

  skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical solutions in business-friendly terms.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelors degree in

  Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics

  , or related fields.
• Preferred certifications:

  CBAP, Power BI, AI/ML, or low-code platform-specific certifications

  .
