Job Description

As a RPA BA Professional at YASH Technologies, you will be responsible for working in the Education domain and contributing to business analysis and process improvement. Your primary skills and characteristics should include excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work with various stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and prioritize processes for automation. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends, support presales activities, and prepare presentation decks as needed. Your roles and responsibilities will involve conducting requirements gathering activities, leading information gathering sessions, prioritizing processes for automation, and ensuring that requirements meet business objectives. You will collaborate with developers, project managers, and business teams to drive solutions, facilitate program planning, and review deliverables against acceptance criteria. It will be your responsibility to oversee the implementation team and ensure that CoE standards and best practices are followed. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, B.E, B. Tech, or MBA. A Master's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
