Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research and new age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Ministers messages and actions. - We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other varied sectors from premier institutes and corporates with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation. What we looking for? Candidates should be able to consistently create impactful communication collaterals across various mediums. Candidates will be expected to design creative in unison with copywriters in a fast paced work environment. Required Skillset: - Should have created posts/ads/banners for social media in previous role. - 3+ years of work experience in art/design vertical with an advertising agency (ATL/digital) or brand/start-up. - Ability to translate a brief into fine crafted communication collateral - Candidates with proficiency in multiple languages will be preferred - Candidate must have proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Corel Draw - A keen eye for aesthetics and details - Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines - Solid knowledge of design and visual principles - Great multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure - Proficiency in Assamese & Hindi is highly desirable P.S. Key Responsibilities: Design web banners , promotional graphics, and digital assets for email campaigns and landing pages. Develop and code responsive HTML email templates using HTML and inline CSS. Ensure compatibility across different email clients and devices (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and campaign teams to understand creative briefs and campaign objectives. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines in all visual assets. Optimize images and assets for fast load times and accessibility. Conduct QA for all emails and banners across browsers/devices before handoff or deployment. Support updates or tweaks to existing templates and campaign assets as needed. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in HTML and CSS (especially email-specific code best practices) Experience building responsive email templates from scratch. Strong knowledge of email client compatibility issues and workarounds. Good design sense and hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. Attention to detail and ability to follow brand style guides. Basic understanding of UX principles and user behavior in email and banner formats. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role. Agency experience is a plus Strong proficiency in graphic design software, particularly CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Knowledge of banner design, poster design, hoardings, social media content creation, and printing processes. Ability to manage design projects from concept to completion, with attention to detail and deadlines. Excellent communication and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently. Experience working with marketing agencies is a plus. A creative mindset with a passion for design and staying updated on the latest design trends.

Responsibilities: Design compelling A+ Content, infographics, banners, social media creatives, and other marketing assets. Collaborate with content and marketing teams to visualize key messaging effectively. Understand and apply brand guidelines across all assets. Manage and prioritize design requests from multiple stakeholders. Stay updated with design trends, especially within eCommerce and marketplace visuals. Provide creative input during campaign planning and product launch phases. Review and revise designs based on stakeholder feedback while maintaining creative integrity. Requirements: 3+ years of experience graphics designing infographics, banners, product creatives In Depth understanding of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva. Brand guideline adherence - Should adhere and implement the guidelines provided Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
