We are a growing marketing & advertising agency (Natter Digital Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) delivering impactful solutions across creative, digital, ATL/BTL, and performance marketing. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and unlocking business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business by generating leads and acquiring clients for services like Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and Video Production
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to shape sales strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals & pitch decks
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of agency-side experience in business development (advertising, digital, or BTL)
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Proven track record of client acquisition & relationship management
• Ability to identify upselling opportunities & deliver on revenue targets
• Confident, self-motivated, and business-oriented mindset
