Key Responsibilities

Drive new business by generating leads and acquiring clients for services like
Social Media Marketing, SEO, Performance Marketing, ATL/BTL campaigns, and Video Production
Build and nurture long-term client relationships
Conduct market research and analyze trends to shape sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals & pitch decks
Negotiate contracts and close high-value business deals

What We’re Looking For

4–7 years of
agency-side experience
in business development (advertising, digital, or BTL)
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
Proven track record of client acquisition & relationship management
Ability to identify upselling opportunities & deliver on revenue targets
Confident, self-motivated, and business-oriented mindset
