Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will drive new business opportunities, build client relationships, and grow our IT service portfolio. You’ll be the key link between our technical teams and clients—helping translate business needs into digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and partnerships.
  • Develop proposals and pitch tailored IT solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and meet revenue growth targets.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company in client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • 1.5+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
  • Strong understanding of software development, IT services, or cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
