Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions.
Conduct seminars, presentations, and career counseling sessions to generate awareness about aviation and hospitality careers.
Build and maintain a strong database of leads and prospective students.
Guide and counsel students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and admissions process.
Collaborate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns, events, and brand-building activities.
Develop partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and industry stakeholders to expand outreach.
Plan and execute strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for business growth.
Ensure timely follow-up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on leads, visits, and admissions performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,725.18 - ₹25,555.55 per month
