About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospecting & Lead Generation – Research and curate an extensive database of relevant brands, companies, and decision-makers across industries for potential collaboration.
• Initial Outreach & Engagement – Establish first contact with prospective partners through emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling, ensuring a strong pitch and positioning of Edstead’s offerings.
• Market Research & Trend Analysis – Stay updated on industry trends, brand marketing strategies, and content collaborations to identify potential opportunities.
• CRM & Data Management – Maintain and update a detailed pipeline of outreach efforts, track responses, and ensure efficient follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Internal Teams – Work closely with the sales and partnerships team to align outreach strategies with business objectives.
• Experiment & Optimize – Continuously refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting based on feedback and performance metrics.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of experience in outreach, sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in media, advertising, or branded content). Freshers can apply too.
• Strong research skills to identify and evaluate potential brand partners.
• Excellent communication skills – confident in reaching out to senior professionals via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach – comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Good organizational and data management skills to track outreach efforts systematically.
• Passion for media, advertising, and brand storytelling is a plus!
